Australia well-known a heritage Wildlife Park is a David Fleay Wildlife Park, located in Tallebudgera, Queensland, Australia. It is, in fact, a gorgeous wildlife park that is home to many native animals and plants, and located in a really beautiful location.
The Park main aim is to enhance social Awareness about the need to protect native animals, especially rare and threatened species. The Park is also provided animal hospital facility for sick, injured and orphaned animals.
Fleay’s Fauna Reserve, as it originally known, established as a place of scientific research and education. Snakes, dingoes, scrub turkeys, ospreys, crocodiles and alligators lived at the sanctuary in “benevolent captivity”, whilst bandicoots, flying foxes, the endangered eastern bristlebirds, white-breasted sea eagles, wallabies and koalas were free to come and go as they pleased. The Nocturnal house provides visitors the opportunity to view nocturnal animals such as the platypus, yellow-bellied glider, bilby and mahogany glider.
Getting There :
The park located next to Tallebudgera Creek on West Burleigh Road on Queensland’s Gold Coast. It is 2min from the Tallebudgera Creek Road turn-off on the Pacific Motorway (exit 89) and 10min from the Gold Coast Airport.
By Bus : The Surfside Route 756 stops near the intersection of West Burleigh Road and Loman Road. From here it is approximately a 330m walk to the entrance of the Park.
By Train : Trains operate regularly from Brisbane to the Gold Coast (Varsity Lakes).

9.00am to 5.00pm(seven days a week)
The cafe is open from 10.00am to 2.30pm.
The nocturnal house is open from 11.00am to 5.00pm.
