Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is biggest Cover bird park in Malaysia. This park is also known as the best tourist attraction for kids and bird lover. The bird park is the section of the 150-acre Lake Gardens, which founded in 1888. In the part of the 20.9-acre park, which developed in 1991. The gardens consist of an artificial lake, the National Monument, the Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park, the Deer Park, Orchid and Hibiscus gardens.
The bird park located 10 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city center. it’s home to more than 3,000 birds from 200 varieties all over the world. The main feature that elevates KL Bird Park from other parks is the idea of free-flight.
Walk through the park, and take the chance to see Mandarin ducks, hawk eagles, hornbills, ostriches and other birds. The park is split into many segments. Such as Brahminy Land, World of Parrots, Flamingo Pond, Hornbill Park and much more. They keep the different species of feathered creatures individual but they are free to fly around their individual area.
Brahminy Land has an amazing collection of brahminy kites, one of Malaysia’s well-known bird of prey. The World of Parrots is a small walk-in aviary made to accommodate 20 species of parrots. At the same time, the Oriental Birds Aviary keeps a collection of more than 50 various species of unique and amazing oriental birds. While Flamingo Pond is home to a range of flamingos.
The visitor can see bird shows and even feeding times for eagles, hornbills and ostriches at the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. Kids enjoy in a playground and the wonderfully landscaped gardens have jogging tracks, workout stations, and rowing boats for guests.

By Train: By KTM Commuter Train, get off at the KTM Old Railway Kuala Lumpur Station located near the National Mosque. KL BirdPark is just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum.
By Bus: Take the Rapid KL Bus No. B115 from Kotaraya to Jalan Parlimen.
KL Hop-On-Hop-Off Double Decker Tour Bus Service: Disembark at Station No. 14 in front of KL Bird Park Main Entrance. Buses available every 30 to 45 minutes.
By Car: From Jalan Bangsar, head straight towards the KTM Railway Station round-a-bout, then turn left towards Masjid Negara.
From Jalan Mahameru, turn left into Jalan Parlimen. At the traffic light, turn right towards the Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens.
