Six Flags Magic Mountain

Six Flags Magic Mountain is a themed amusement park located in Santa Clarita, California. The park is cover more than 262-acre land. The amusement park was launched on May 30, 1971, known as the Magic Mountain. it’s developed by of the Newhall Land and Farming Company. Six Flags company purchased the park in 1979 and added the name “Six Flags” to the theme parks title.

Six Flags Magic Mountain keeps the world record for most roller coasters in an amusement park With 19 roller coasters. The theme park is currently eleven themed places within the park. Each area offering its own specific rides, attractions, and food places.

Baja Ridge

South of the boundary themed desert surroundings contains three roller coasters.

Rapids Camp Crossing

This theme area model a campsite set deep in the American forests. The main attraction of this area is the Roaring Rapids.

Cyclone Bay

Rides and attractions such as Dive Devil, Cyclone 500, Apocalypse. Jet Stream and midway games.

The Movie District

Movie-inspired theme area, visitors can plunge 50′ off a waterfall, climb a staggering rock wall, or ride the area’s two roller coasters.

Samurai Summit

Japanese tradition and myth themed place, with roller coasters Superman: Escape from Krypton.

DC Universe

The DC comics universe inspired theme Area

Screampunk District

Carnival-style games, and 3 largest roller coasters.

Bugs Bunny World

Looney Tune characters inspired theme area. This area also contains Whistlestop Park. There are four kids roller coasters.

Full Throttle Plaza

This area features an outdoor barbecue, sit-down sports bar, gift shop, splash pad, and concerts

How to getting?

BY FERRY: High-speed catamaran ferry service is offered from San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf at Pier 39. For schedule information, call the Blue & Gold Fleet at 415-773-1188 or Baylink at 707-64-FERRY.

BY TRAIN: Amtrak serves Six Flags Discovery Kingdom via Thruway Shuttle from the Martinez Station. Bus transit time is 20 minutes. Call 1-800-USA-RAIL for information.

BY BART: Vallejo BartLink offers transportation to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station. Call BART at 510-236-2278 (for train information) or BartLink at 707-648-4666 (for shuttle information). No Sunday service.

BY BUS: SolTrans provides transportation to the Discovery Kingdom from the Vallejo Transit Building and Westfield Solano Mall. Routes 5 and 85 both serve the park. However, there is no service on Sundays.
